The protection of personal data

These regulations of the personal data protection relate to the services provided on the website supershoot.eu by the operator Development studio Ltd., with its registered office at Ružová 228, 925 28 Pusté Ú¾any, Slovak republic, (beyond „operator “). If a player uses the services provided by the third party, the regulations of the personal data protection of this party are applied, during the using of their services. The operator of the game does not control their regulations of the personal data protection.

1. The acquisition of the personal data
The operator of the game does not have any responsibility for the provision of the personal data on the part of a player for the third party, on payment in particular, and the operator of the game does not undertake any responsibilities imposed by the act on protection of personal data from such provisions. A player may fill in their name, age, postal address in the setting of the account, filling in of such data is completely voluntary. Personal data such as name and postal address may be requested individually by the operator of the game in case of a prize winner. If the operator requests these data, they are used for the purpose of sending the prize to a winner. A player has the right to refuse to provide such information, thereby however, they lose their right to the prize.

2. Cookies and other data
The operator stores automatically data such as IP address MD5 Hash. The operator may also store Cookies files on the player´s equipment, without which a player would not be able to use completely the services of the operator.
Cookies is information, which the website stores on the user´s computer. Cookies enable the operator to monitor the attendance on the website, at the same time they simplify the player´s attendance of the website.
Apart from the investigation of unauthorized website exploitation cases supershoot.eu, the operator of the game evaluates such data only for statistical purposes and remembering user´s settings.
A player gives the operator of the game their consent to the placement of cookies on the player´s equipment by giving permission to their internet browser to install and store cookies. If a player does not wish the website to install and administer cookies on their computer, they may forbid storing cookies in their internet browser settings. 3. The transfer of personal data
The operator provides neither the player´s personal data nor email address for the third party. The operator of the game may provide the third party with the player´s data, only when they are the persons entitled to keep the books, parties assuring mobile payments in case of complaints or providers of payment methods such as banks and PayPal namely also abroad, but only for the purpose of providing a player with support or for personal use.

4. The safekeeping of the data and their safety
The operator reserves the right to store email address, IP addresses and login times even after the abolishment of the account for a period of 5 years. By agreeing to the general commercial conditions of Development studio Ltd., a player gives consent to the operator of the game to process and store these personal data in accordance with the Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on protection of personal data. The operator undertakes not to provide the third party with the data, the operator may use the data only for the restriction of unauthorized website use.
The operator processes the data acquired from players in accordance with the act on protection of personal data valid in the Slovak republic.

5.The removal of personal data
A player may ask for a removal of their personal data from the game by means of an email support@supershoot.eu or they may use the button cancellation of an account in the profile. Subsequently, though the data will be deleted, but also the player´s account will be blocked. At the same time the character of the team will be altered.

6. The application of localization data
The operator makes the localization data accessible only to the Google company for the purpose of the analytic processing of the website attendance.
