Series interrupted
The I. Uruguay league brought a duel between Rio Branco A and Juan Lacaze in its 13 round. Before the match, Juan Lacaze was on an impressive streak. They had won up to 6 competitive matches in a row. Today, however, they had to face a determined home football team. They took a great lead in the 15 minute when Mills netted a precise shot. The visitors Juan Lacaze did their best, shooting from almost every possible position, but they wouldn't give up a goal today. The home Rio Branco A, on the other hand, scored in the 55 minute when Mackrell cleared the ball into the net. There was no more action, leaving Juan Lacaze no choice but to accept today's 2:0 defeat and the end of their impressive winning streak. However, in the next football match they have the opportunity to start another and even better winning streak. >>

The result 1:4 surprised many
The home team Salto Uruguay FC hosted today's opponent San José de Mayo at their stadium Stadion Salto Uruguay FC. Both teams have great individual quality and the fact that this is a so-called 6 point match, as the winner will only be closer to possible promotion to a higher league, makes the duel interesting. Therefore, neither manager has underestimated the preparation. The home manager Makosko12 certainly knows his counterpart very well, as this is one of the biggest managerial surprises of this season. We are talking about the away manager Petox @1, who, although with a minimal financial budget, has taken his team San José de Mayo almost to the top. Today, however, he surprised everyone again with the 4-3-3 formation, which his San José de Mayo team is trying out for the first time today. Experts agree that this is not an ideal match for experimentation. But Petox @1 was right again. The home team Salto Uruguay FC didn't make a sound for 90 minutes and the final score 1:4 is only a poor reflection of what was happening on the pitch. 3 points brought the visiting team San José de Mayo even closer to the top. They are only missing the last step. However, it is always the most difficult one. >>
